Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Speakly. This Refund Policy explains when you can cancel and get your money back. It does not replace any mandatory consumer protection you have under local law.

1. Cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or a jurisdiction with similar distance-selling rules, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction for any reason, and receive a full refund. We extend this same 14-day window to all customers worldwide on their first-time paid subscription.

2. How to request a refund

Web subscriptions (Paddle / Merchant of Record): • Reply to your Paddle receipt email with "refund", or • Email support@yingwu.lol with the order ID and reason, or • Use the "Manage Subscription" link in your Paddle receipt. Mobile subscriptions: • iOS (App Store): request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. • Android (Google Play): go to Play Store → Subscriptions → Request a refund. Apple/Google handle these refunds directly.

3. When refunds are not available

Once the 14-day window has passed, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period — but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time so that no further charges occur. We may decline a refund if we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated subscribe-and-refund, or activity that violates the Terms of Service).

4. Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues can be resolved the same day. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account termination.
